Worship Band Workshops Registration

Saturday, March 17, 2007 - 12:30-3:00pm (workshops) - 6:00-9:00pm (Battle of the Bands)

Register your band by calling Headwaters Christian Youth - 715.369.2500

Registration is $100 per band of six members
Individuals or additionalband members are $20

$100 Price includes

• Workshop on March 17
• 6 Tickets to the John Reuben concert on March 22
• Battle of the bands
  (Winning band opens for Rueben)
• Extended coaching - Chris Uttech will come to your church and provide consultation as needed

Payment deadline is March 15
$20 late fee thereafter
Refunds available until deadline
